At Adore By Priyanka, we strive to ensure you love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging and wait for our courier partner to perform a doorstep quality check.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once the request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours from your registered delivery address.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
